About our family
Here at Distinctive Doodle, we raise our puppies in the northern hills of the Atlanta suburbs. All of our dogs are true family members. They go everywhere with us – carpool, vacation, baseball games, hikes, swimming, kayaking – wherever we go, so go the dogs! They can often be found chasing the frisbee, joining the kids on their playdates, or snuggled up on our couch enjoying family time.
We believe in family, and take pride as a family in the superior puppies we raise! All of our puppies are raised in our home from their very first breath until the time they go to their furever home.
Our dogs are inherently exposed to all the craziness that is life with active children running about.
They are very specifically exposed to many sights, sounds, textures, objects, car rides, and unique experiences to ensure solid socialization!
They are played with, snuggled, loved on, and sang to throughout each and every day creating confident, secure, well rounded, happy family members for you!
The first 3 months of a puppy’s life are incredibly important. This is a magical time when we, as breeders, have the power to shape the outcome of a puppy’s life by what we choose to teach him. By doing just the right things at just the right time, we can give your puppy the best start possible.
We are proud to be a Puppy Culture breeder, which provides an organized structured program of over 50 lessons - from whelping box to puppies going home. From early neurological stimulation, to aggression prevention, to potty training, to preventing resource guarding, to crate introduction, manding, and leash walking, it's all here!
Our goal is to provide you with a confident, sound and well-rounded puppy.
